The chair consists of wooden and metal parts.
The wooden parts are the seat and backrest, which are made of bent-glued plywood with a thickness of 8-9 mm and covered with HPL plastic with a thickness of 0.4-0.5 mm. The corners of the seat and backrest have rounded radii to prevent injury.
The metal parts of the chair are made of flat oval tubes 50x30x1.2 mm, 38x20x1.2 mm, 30x15x1.2 mm. The frame is painted with scratch-resistant powder polymer paint. In the height adjustment areas, there is a transitional polyurethane sleeve that ensures smooth adjustment, eliminates creaking and scratches when adjusting the height. Adjustment is carried out using a through screw-nut tie with a cap nut fixed in the tube to prevent unscrewing during loosening. Plastic tips are fixed to the ends of the frame, which prevent injuries to students and damage to the floor. The backrests and seats are attached to the chair frame using special mushroom-shaped bolts and rounded nuts, which protects against injuries and damage to clothing. There is a hole on the bottom of the frame through which the marking of the growth groups will be visible when adjusting the table height. The color marking according to the growth groups is applied in the form of a circle of about 10 mm. Also, a scale of marking of growth groups is applied to the metal frame using laser engraving.
