The body of the wall, shelves and doors are made of laminated chipboard 16 mm thick. The facade is glued with PVC edge banding 1 mm thick, the other parts are glued with PVC edge banding 0.5 mm thick. The back wall is made of white single-sided HDF 2.5 mm thick. The wall is equipped with Gratnells trays of the N1 and N2 series, which are attached with plastic guides. Photo printing is carried out on a chipboard using special inks that harden under the influence of radiation from special ultraviolet lamps. The technology of varnishing the drawing itself is also used to increase resistance to external damage, abrasion and wet cleaning.
