The metal frame is made of round pipes with a diameter of 25 mm and 32 mm. The backrest and seat are attached to the frame with screws and nuts. The height of the chair is adjusted using screws through the holes in the frame. The frame is powder-coated. Special tips are attached to the legs of the chair, which prevent damage to the floor and injury to students. Adjustment is carried out using a through-bolt and nut clamp with a cap nut fixed in the pipe to prevent unscrewing during loosening. Plastic tips are attached to the ends of the frame, which prevent injury to students and damage to the floor. An intermediate internal polyurethane sleeve is installed in the height adjustment points, which ensures smooth adjustment, eliminates creaking and scratches when adjusting the height. The backrests and seats are attached to the frame of student chairs using special mushroom-shaped bolts and rounded nuts, which protects against injuries and damage to clothing. The corners of the seat and backrest have a radius of curvature to prevent injury. There is a hole on the bottom of the frame through which the marking of the growth groups will be visible when adjusting the table height. The color marking according to the growth groups is applied in the form of a circle of about 10 mm. Also, a scale of marking of growth groups is applied to the metal frame using laser engraving.
