The element consists of a wooden frame.
The wooden parts of the element consist of:
- racks, drawers - laminated chipboard 16 mm;
- drawer facades - laminated chipboard 16 mm;
- back wall, drawer bottom - white laminated HDF 2.5 mm.
Wooden parts of the element are made of laminated chipboard with a yellow PVC coating, 1 mm thick.
When manufacturing the element, high-quality fittings and components are used, which simplifies the process of assembling and disassembling furniture, and also allows it to be carried out repeatedly and without damaging the fasteners. The fasteners have a protective decorative coating.
Complete with Gratnells A1 plastic trays in red and green colors of the following size - 525x470x43 mm.
The element is completed with special plastic guides of a special shape for the plastic tray to prevent it from turning over and falling out. The plastic guides must contain special fixing bushings (analogous to a shelf holder) on their base to allow their installation without screws or self-tapping screws.
